Work will start on the upgrade to the crossing at the railway bridge by Gatley Station on 1st November, expected to last about three weeks.
Update: the start has been delayed by a few days due to the previous job the workmen are doing taking a little longer.

Perhaps i passed at the wrong time but there were 7 men in hi viz jackets looking at the site, doing nothing this morning, still there 30 minutes later sheltering from the rain under the bridge i hope these were not all council employeees – cuts?
