The Cheadle Area Committee scheduled for 17th April 2012 has been cancelled due to lack of business.

Because of “purdah” rules, council meetings avoid political subjects in election time, so local area committee meetings are generally held only when there are planning applications to consider.

As there appear not to be this time round, there’s no meeting.
