Following the relaying of the new pavement along Church Road, Gatley, residents contacted us with concern over two missing bins – at the junctions with Oakwood Avenue and Elm Road.
We chased it up and and we’re glad to see that both bins have now been replaced.

Also nice to see litter pickers around in Gatley and along Altrincham Road today. I was going to raise the issue as the pavements/gutters from the Arkansas takeaway, right round the corner to the gents barbers on Altrincham Rd, were full of rubbish over the last week. I saw a street sweeper with his burshes and cart in Cheadle last week,I didn’t know that this service still existed. Perhaps we could see an operative around Gatley occasionally? Also noticed some street and parks bins overflowing for several days. How often are they emptied?
