Gatley Carrs Conservation Group Bat Walk is confirmed for 30th May.

Meet at 8:15pm at Elm Road Church Hall for a presentation by South Lancs Bat Society and then the Bat Walk on Gatley Carrs with the added aid of using bat detectors leaving the church hall just before dusk at 9.15pm.

This was a hugely popular event last year and the children thoroughly enjoyed learning and seeing / hearing the Bats with the aid of the Detectors.

The cost has been kept down to just £2 per adult and children are free. Donations towards the work on the Carrs of the Gatley Carrs Conservation Group would be much appreciated.
