Update 14th September 2010 : another burst water main, this time in Cheadle Hulme, causing low water pressure in the SK8 area. Check the United Utilities emergencies page for updates.
The issue below relates to a burst main on 6th September 2010.
United Utilities are reporting a problem with low water pressure in the SK8 area due to a burst water main at the junction of Delemere Road and Foxland Road in Gatley. Engineers are on their way.
Update 2.30pm, 6th Sept 2010: United Utilities have just tweeted to say this should now be fixed. Please let me know if you’re still experiencing problems.

What time was this posted at?. In our house there is no water at all. What is the estimated time of the matter being fixed?
According to United Utilites the problem occured at about 6am – you’d need to contact them for an estimated fix time. Hope you get your water back soon – I feel quite lucky having my trickle now.
