From the Council:
Stockport Council is currently undertaking a review of its licensing policies for alcohol and entertainment premises. As part of the review residents and local business operators are being encouraged to give their views on the effectiveness of the Council’s current licensing policies. The findings from the review will influence the Council’s new licensing policies for alcohol and entertainment premises for the next three year period.
The Council’s licensing consultation document can be viewed along with the current licensing policies at all libraries in the borough, Stockport Direct Centres, or on the Council’s website at www.stockport.gov.uk/licensing
The closing date for people to give their views on the Council’s existing licensing polices is Friday 15th October.
