From Stockport Council:
Stockport Council is working closely with the Government’s Office of National Statistics to help recruit approximately 150 Stockport people to take on the temporary paid jobs.
It is hoped that local people who know their neighbourhoods and communities will assist in the work which measures the UK population and provides a wealth of other key information and statistics which will be used for 10 years from 2011-21.
