A while back the Council rejected planning application DC/046154, to convert 7 Church Road, Gatley (formerly a charity shop next to the Co-op) to a hot food take-away.

We’ve now received notification that the applicant is appealing to the Secretary of State.

The Council will of course defend its decision and hopefully that will be upheld, but the final ruling will be made by the independent planning inspector.
