Pam King has been pressing United Utilities to get on a fix their drains along a section of Styal Road which is regularly getting flooded.

We’re very pleased to hear that United Utilities plan to start repair work this week – hopefully on Tuesday and Wednesday. They’ll start by repairing the section of sewer nearest to Styal Grove.

Once that work is done, we’ll get the Council to clear out any grids that need cleaning.
