What will Greater Manchester look like in 25 years time? What should it look like? What sort of transport infrastructure will we need to make that happen? Roads, rail, air, walking, cycling, buses, trains and trams – how should they connect us to the rest of the world, to the UK and to each other within Greater Manchester?

TfGM have launched a consultation, to run for the next three months, on their 2040 strategy. It doesn’t look at specific schemes but it does look at the challenges we face and what success in 2040 would look like.
