Friends of the Earth present Energy we can all afford

by Lib Dem team on 15 March, 2013

From Manchester Friends of the Earth:
Energy we can all afford?
7pm, Friday 22nd March
Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church, Ramillies Avenue, SK8 7AL

As energy prices continue to go up – mostly due to the rising price of gas – millions of people across the UK are struggling to pay their energy bills. Living in cold, leaky homes is bad for our health, especially for children and older people, and bad for the planet as they need more energy to heat. What can we do to keep our bills down, our homes warm, and our planet cool?

Join us at 7pm on Friday 22nd March at Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church to put your questions on all things energy-related to our expert panel:

  • Mark Hunter, MP for Cheadle
  • Donna Hume, Friends of the Earth
  • Lucie Newsam, Age UK Stockport
