From the Council:

Contractors working on behalf of National Grid Gas will be undertaking mains renewal works on The Downs in Cheadle and, as part of these works, connection works will be undertaken on Schools Hill, at the junction with The Downs. These works will require the use of two way signals on Schools Hill from 20th October 2014 to 26th October 2014.
